I recently stayed at a lodge near the Kruger Park and had an amazing experience. The grounds were beautiful and serene, with stunning views. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The best part was the proximity to the Kruger Park, making it a great alternative to staying inside the park itself. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. I also enjoyed watching elephants and buffalo cross the river onto the lodge's side. it was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a stunning view of the river and the southern edge of the park. It was also conveniently located just a short distance from the Crocodile Bridge Gate, making it easy to access the Kruger Park. The breakfast served on the front patio was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One minor drawback was that the outdoor shower in our room seemed to have an unreliable hot water flow. However, this was likely specific to the room we were in and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The main lodge and reception building had recently been reopened and it was well-decorated and comfortable. Our room, the Kingfisher, was newly remodeled and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed. The food was delicious, and room service was a fantastic bonus. it was a great alternative to staying in the park itself.

We spent a romantic getaway immersed in nature, with stunning views of the river and daily wildlife sightings. The pool area was a highlight, allowing us to relax and watch elephants, rhinos, and hippos go about their day. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the entrance to Kruger Park and the town for supplies. this was an unforgettable experience.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful lodge. The staff and managers were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view across the Crocodile river was fantastic, and we were lucky enough to see a range of wildlife including elephants and hippos. The pool area was fantastic, allowing us to relax and watch the animals go by. The lodge had something different planned every day to make our holiday memorable, from cultural dances to treetop luncheons. The jacuzzi and open-air showers were a luxurious touch. We also loved how we could go off-road and get up close with the animals, fulfilling our bucket list of sightings.

The cleanliness of the rooms was inconsistent, and the cleaning staff came too early in the morning. There were quite a few families with loud and unruly children, which disrupted the peace and quiet of the lodge.

My friends and I recently stayed at a great lodge just outside the Kruger Park. The location was perfect, being only 5 minutes' drive from the Crocodile Bridge entrance. We were able to enjoy stunning views of the park and its wildlife from the comfort of our breakfast table, the swimming pool, and even our bedroom window. The lodge was well managed and the staff were both friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with crisp white linen and fluffy towels. We also loved the variety of accommodation options available, including self-catering facilities. it was a fantastic base for our Kruger Park adventure.

There were some minor cleanliness issues with the pool, as we noticed bugs and hair in the water.
